By purchasing a ticket for an in-person event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of booking, either online or via invoice, in accordance with the terms outlined.

2. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations made within 14 business days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Nature of Information
   The information shared during in-person events is general in nature and does not take into account individual circumstances. It is not intended as specific advice. Participants should assess the relevance of any content presented within their own professional context.

4. Liability Disclaimer
   Kristine Niven and EAs in Education accept no liability for how participants choose to apply or implement information shared during events. Participants are responsible for determining the suitability of all content within their own workplace.
