Terms and Conditions for Membership and Participation in EAs in Education Professional Learning Program
Membership Period
The 12-month membership runs on a calendar year basis, from February to November. If you join after February, you will gain access to resources and recordings for the year to date, along with invitations to the remaining live Zoom workshops for the current calendar year.
Invoices and Payment
Upon registration, you agree to receive an invoice for the chosen professional learning option and to make payment in accordance with the terms outlined on the invoice.
Workshop Recordings
All workshops are recorded and uploaded to the members' portal after the event. Participants will have ongoing access to these recordings as part of their membership.
Nature of Information
The information provided in the workshops is of a general and generic nature. It does not take into account the individual circumstances of participants. The content shared is not intended as specific advice, and participants should carefully evaluate any information, processes, or tips presented, considering their unique work environment, relationship with their manager, and personal circumstances.
Liability Disclaimer
Kristine Niven and EAs in Education do not accept any liability regarding how participants choose to adopt and implement the information presented during workshops in their workplaces. Participants are responsible for determining the suitability and applicability of the content within their own professional contexts.
Cancellation Policy for In-Person Events
If you cancel within 14 business days of an in-person event, no refund will be provided.
