Terms and Conditions for Membership and Participation in EAs in Education Professional Learning Program

By joining the online program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Period
   The 12-month membership operates on a calendar year basis, from February to November. If you join after February, you will receive access to all resources and recordings from earlier in the year, along with invitations to the remaining live webinars for the current calendar year.

2. Invoices and Payment
   You agree to complete payment either online via the website or via invoice for your selected professional learning option, in accordance with the terms outlined on the invoice.

3. Webinar Recordings
   All webinars are recorded and uploaded to the members’ portal following each event. Participants will have ongoing access to these recordings as part of their membership.

4. Nature of Information
   The information provided through webinars and program content is general in nature and does not take into account individual circumstances. It is not intended as specific advice. Participants should assess the relevance of any information, processes, or strategies presented in the context of their own workplace, professional relationships, and personal circumstances.

5. Liability Disclaimer
