EAs in Education offers a dedicated space for Senior Administration Professionals supporting Senior Leadership teams in schools, to reflect on their professional identity and reaffirm the valuable role they play in shaping student outcomes. While we may not be in the classroom, our impact is no less significant. Through a shared commitment to Learn, Lead, and Achieve, we influence the educational journey in meaningful ways. 

The circle design denotes our unity, stronger as one and reflects both the cyclical and eternal nature of a commitment to lifelong learning. The resemblance to a dart board, highlights a focus on the things that truly matter.

Our members are the centre of everything we do.

Professional learning is designed using the 9Cs Learning Matrix, which acts as a compass for planning events and developing curriculum content tailored to the needs of our network. Our values guide our culture and interactions as a place of inclusivity and diversity both nationally and internationally.
