THE GATHERING:the sequel

Join us for THE GATHERING:THE SEQUEL, our second annual gathering of Executive, Personal and Administrative professionals working within education.

National Gathering 2026 Ticket
$750.00

The theme for this year’s gathering draws inspiration from Canberra, Australia’s national capital. As the centre of politics and decision-making, Canberra represents influence, leadership and advocacy. In the same way, building capital in our careers reflects the emerging voice of EAs in Education and the impact we bring to our school communities.

  • EAs are uniquely positioned to build relationships, shape decisions, advocate, advise and drive school success.

  • Our human, social and political capital – built on reputation, relationships and performance is essential to drive improvement, support career growth and forge strong networks.

WHEN WE UNITE, GREAT THINGS HAPPEN.

The Gathering begins on the afternoon of Thursday 4 June at Hotel Realm, Canberra, creating the time and space to centre the EA as an individual with a focus on our human capital. This personal foundation supports every other form of capital we hold. The program continues on Friday 5 June at Radford College, an independent school set on 46 acres. Here, the Gathering provides the perfect collaborative environment for likeminded peers who aspire to lead, learn and succeed in their professional pathways.

Through expert insights, shared experiences and practical takeaways, discover how to shape your career with purpose and invest in your capital – expanding your influence as a leader, cultural architect and professional shaping the future of our vital profession.

*10% discount on ticket for 2026 members of EAs in Education’s 12 month online program

Melbourne Roundtable Event

There’s a growing body of literature exploring the evolving role of Executive Assistants, particularly how we are now recognised as strategic business partners to our Executives. We often talk about being strategic in our thinking, what does that actually look like in practice? Join fellow Melbourne EAs in Education, as we unpack what strategic thinking looks like in our school contexts, guided by thought-provoking questions:

This round table includes:
🔹Insights from ANZUK Education Australia
🔹Focused discussion facilitated by Kristine Niven
🔹A chance to connect and network
🔹Light catering and refreshments
🔹A special door prize for one lucky attendee

RSVP to Kristine Niven by Friday 29 August to kristine@kristineniven.com.au
