Being a member of the EAs in Education community provides an opportunity for all to Connect, Grow and Belong.
A central element of the Strategic Leadership and Learning Framework is Career Enhancement where through our seminars, workshops and masterclasses, members are exposed to experts in a range of areas to extend their professional capacity and fulfilment.
Over the past few years, as EAs in Education has grown in size and renown, we have been increasingly approached by Educational Leaders, Principals, Vice Principals and Business Managers for recommendations regarding exceptional candidates for roles. Recruitment agencies have also reached out, expressing interest in advertising roles through our platform. As these requests have become more frequent over the past twelve months, when approached, we will now start promoting roles on our website, and sharing them directly with our members for consideration.
