Melbourne EAs in Education came together for an evening of connection, learning, and shared insights. With Chatham House Rules in place, we explored the power of 'strategic thinking', and what it means to shift from reactive support to proactive leadership. Together, we unpacked what this looks like in our school communities learning from one another’s experiences and perspectives.
We heard valuable insights from Oliver Wurm of ANZUK Education Australia, enjoyed a lively speed friending activity, and shared in delicious catering from Kartel, all hosted in the beautiful GPT Space&Co organised by Angela Smoooker.
